I installed it via free domain and hosting. But when I read the qr, I get the error (read.php?id= and giving me a 404 page). There have been a few other people with similar problems, I tried them, but it doesn't work. Looking for the QR in the browser. Can you help me.? pls. I spent too much time on this.

have you tried to insert var_dump in the read.php page? what does the php error log file say? Are you using a debugger (e.g. xdebug)?

I need this program and I don't know what to do.

Have you ever tried installing your program on another computer? Install the code as is and try it. Pls. You will likely encounter the same thing. I think this beautiful 16 month old app deserves an update. This will take you 5 minutes. I need your help.

Good morning regarding your request, I have 2 things to say:

1) My program is open source and released "as is" so I am not obliged to respond to all requests, even less on holidays.

2) His is probably a silly mistake which by the way has already been fixed in another topic here on github. It must remove the PHP-Dynamic-Qr-Code path.

If so it shows that you are not even able to read a log file because this error (at runtime) would surely be reported.

Finally my program also serves as a starting point to learn php so I will only respond to bugs that are generated by MY errors. Greetings

I solved this problem. But now, when I read the qr, it does not redirect to the url I entered. It says 404 page not found. Can you help me. I am a mechanical engineering student, I have no coding knowledge. It takes a lot of time to fix it. I'm behind on my project.

If you're doing a job, do it literally. Anyone who wants to use this application does not need to know coding. All you need to know is to be able to install mysql. Then it should work as in the demo. Then everyone upload the wrong codes, let's waste time. It will not work when installed as shown in its documentation. The generated qr's are not working properly. Also if it's solved why don't you update it, why does everyone have the same problem? This shows that you have an undisciplined working order.

giandonatoinverso commented 2 years ago

No this is where you are wrong. I don't have to do anything and if I wanted to, I could even upload bug-filled code since you're not paying for anything. What I can do is to specify that even before starting the installation you have to remove the content from PHP-Dynamic-Qr-Code but it should be an operation that comes by itself. There is nothing to update. Saying that I don't have a good working method is just your judgment that I gladly do without. If I can learn from your best mastery, I invite you to fork the program and do better.
