under ios4 there's no way to activate 5-row querty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install ikeyex 3
2.install 5-row qwerty 0.2a
3.respring or reboot idevice

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see 5row qwerty somewhere on the keyboard list but sees it only on 
the layout settings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
Iphone 3gs new iboot ios 4.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm having the same issue.  None of the ikeyex keyboards are working on 3gs 
using 4.0.1
