updating print and iteritems for python3 compatability #24

I update the print statements and dictionary iteration so I could run w/ python3.

Merged, thanks. FYI I had to modify your changes otherwise some weird output was generated when calling the script from Python 2, which should still be supported: https://github.com/gianlucaborello/aws-ssh-config/commit/5dd086dfea833009edd594423b20e46abcf816bb
