It works, I also had a problem with making it work. I did global erase (not sure if really needed). First you have to download "stalkb-bootloader.hex", after that "stm32f401-usb-keyboard-amiga.hex". Jumper "BOOT0" has to be closed/shorted to the Ground after programming.
