Hello! In principle it should be able to work also on tissue RNA-Seq. Because it does an absolute method and it does not scale the scores, the values you get should roughly represent the real proportions within the sample. However, as ABIS was not validated on tissues, just be aware that there can be interference depending on the tissue type or condition. Best wishes, Gianni
