Labels for social buttons #3

Hi guys,

Thanks for your plugin. Looks great. It will be nice if you could add ability to configure Labels for buttons in configuration. E.g. instead of "Facebook" we may update it to "Share on Facebook".

Sorry for long delay. Fixed by 1.0.3 release.
