added xing social network, not sure if changes are required in js... #4

I added xing as a social network right after linkedin, since it's quite huge in europe but not really supported in most social plugins. It would be great if you can add this to the official repo, so that we don't have to worry about plugin updates and others can use xing as well. :)

I added the required partial file, changed the plugins blueprint and config file and added the necessary css to get the right colors for the button.

I noticed that the js/rrssb.js file contains code for linkedin but I don't know what it's for, so I didn't change anything there.

@giansi any chance this will be added to your repo? Would be nice if I could install updates without having to worry about XING being kicked out :)
