Hi, in this version you must override the what_we_do.html.twig template in your own gravstrap derived theme. Thanks to your question, the upcoming version the module will natively support images. That version will use shortcodes, so you will do something like this to render the module:
[what-we-do id="what_we_do" attributes="class:what-we-do module" column_attributes="class:col-md-12" render=true]
