Render event hierarchy snapshots in LogViewer #622

Chris will extend the DebugInfo to store a nested list of event labels representing the current hierarchy. Aaron will render the hierarchy visually (when toggled on for a log row).

This seems like a great thing to have a new front-end developer do to familiarize themselves with our frontend.
