Force resolution of SL #813

We would like to force the game to always run in a window, and always at the same resolution: 1280 x 720. This way, we can make some final decisions on the size of UI elements and fonts, and ensure it will always look the same.

Re-opened to remind us to remove the fullscreen and resolution selection from the F10 Settings menu
