We should label the final SL commit in git, or make a branch.

SL should run on its own EB server, and its own RDS database instance.

Once we embed the oscript, does SL need to access Dynamo at all? Maybe for the version check. Make that SL-specific.

SL also needs some things from S3. Create SL-specific buckets.
