This PR:

Adds section to map user and group to role
Athena API server port 6443

What this PR does / why we need it

Things to check/remember before submitting

If you made content changes
- Run make dev to render and proofread content changes locally.
- Bump last_review_date in the front matter header if you reviewed the entire page.

looks good to me but it might be good to have a link to general rbac documentation here as well. We could also recommend using the rbac-bootstrap-app here since it simplifies this even more.
