I did quite few test with killing recreating things and see how will this behave with 2 endpoint operators and I cant reproduce any wrong behavior.

And also having 2 endpoint operators mitigate the postmortem. ( i even tried scale back 1 and test the scenario and it broke the ep so it looks like a good fix)
