This reverts commit b04401ca09cd6503979a9dacaa37ba3ce42731e4.

kvm-operator still lacks of endpoint functionality (hope it will be there soon), so agreed with @xh3b4sd to revert this change for now to unblock other changes to kvm-operator.

I am about to merge https://github.com/giantswarm/kvm-operator/pull/463. I think we can close this here then.
