error could be more helpful when updating submitted group #232

When updating a group that is submitted but not started, I would expect a more helpful message. This is what we see currently. 

$ ./inagoctl update test-group
[{/usr/code/.gobuild/src/github.com/giantswarm/inago/cli/update.go:87: } {/usr/code/.gobuild/src/github.com/giantswarm/inago/controller/controller.go:398: update not allowed: cannot have minimum alive units greater than current number of units}]
