Add support for continuous deployment #3

Was a bit of a pain when deploying, having to manually deploy it to Giant Swarm. Would probably require going open-source, but a quick check for credentials should be fine, this thing is tiny.

wercker supports private repos for free.

my thinking was that because the bridge is open, this should be open, and we can just use travis, standard procedure
