Story

-As a cluster admin, I want the the transit gateway to be on separate specific subnets in order to have clear network boundaries.

Towards epic.

Background

The transit gateway is now choosing the first subnet that it find for a given availablity zone in the subnet list provided on the AWSCluster CR.

Requirements

separate subnets for the transit gateway (one for each availablity zone);
each subnet CIDR needs to be configurable;
a tag filter should be used to choose the subnet(s);

[ ] expose configuration settings via values.yaml in cluster-aws to configure the transit gateway subnets;
