CAPA and CAPZ automatically prefix node pool names with the cluster name and a dash.
To make users aware of this prefixing, we should inform them through the cluster-app schema description of the node pool object or node pool name field.
We also must account for more space (up to 21 characters) in the node pools list in happa.
