Best Practice Policies for K8S #2654

Motivation

With Kyverno we already have a policy tool in place that we can use for good governance practices. There is a lot of potential for policies that secure the usability, safety and resilience of our platform, so we should investigate what options we have and make sure we use a best practice approach to first policies around our platform.

This epic is on our roadmap to be worked on after the migration at this stage. Maybe if there's a customer request giving this whole topic a bit more urgency, maybe we can extract some stories for some quick wins here. Maybe worth looking into @yulianedyalkova ?
