we only have cluster api monitoring app, but its mostly on CR level, but we need to ensure its

[ ] extended the cluster API monitoring app for CAPV and CAPVCD
[ ] Monitoring / Metrics for CAPV and CAPVCD infra controllers, potentially turning error logs into metrics
[ ] define alerting for the metrics
[ ] to be aligned with other providers and what upstream provides
[ ] check also CPI and CSI. what metrics do we have and what options do we have for monitoring

@vxav potentially something you can look into and come up with a plan if you want to do more technical stuff :)
