Team turtles has the ownership responsibility for a lot of components and apps. But we never really looked in detail into those components to define what exactly these components are, do and need. So this epic should document a clear inventory for all turtles owned apps.
### Stories
- [ ] define what a expected state for an app is (documentation, tests, monitoring, stability, etc)
- [ ] define the list of components and apps we want to take a look at
- [ ] investigate the state of the app list
- [ ] document the open points, risks and issues with apps from the app list
- [ ] https://github.com/giantswarm/roadmap/issues/2540
Outcome
After doing the inventory we have a clear overview over all the apps we own in turtles, this means
we collected and organised all existing internal and external documentation
we derived follow up epics for any work necessary to fulfill our quality requirements for apps
we extended the documentation with all technical debt and issues that we have and accept with the app
