Regions we use:

eu west
ireland
north america
china

secondary ones:

singapore

Here's a list of all the AWS regions we're planning to support with CAPA if that helps at all: eu-west-1,eu-west-2,eu-west-3,eu-central-1,eu-north-1,us-east-1,us-west-1,sa-east-1

And here's the Azure regions we're planning to support: westeurope,northeurope,germanywestcentral,eastus,westus2

Decision: let's do 1 per continent to get started: eu-west, us-east, singapore.

Enable it when we start to really use the registry.

Geo-replication is enabled for gsoci as described above
