User Story

As a customer, I would like my Grafana to only display the public dashboards that are relevant to the current state of my MC and WCs so that I do not have any dashboards presenting empty data.

Acceptance Criteria

Only when I install the Kong app, should I get Kong Connection Distribution, Kong and Kong ingress controller displayed in the public dashboard section of my Grafana.
