Observability Platform one-pager for prospects #3701

In our one-pager platform catalog observability is marked as "later" because it was not complete at the time. The stack has matured since then so maybe we will also want to include this and work with Atlas on the first draft.

Afaik this is about a one-pager of the observability offering.

Sure Oh like the handouts in the conferences we have? Yeah okay, we can think of something there. I'll add it to the roadshow epic.
