Add the ability to add prefixes and suffixes #6

The semver specification allows to add prefixes and build specific suffixes to distinguish different builds of a single version. It should be possible to add these to a version when bumping.

As discussed, we will leave out prefixes since they are not really part of the semver spec and it will cost too much effort to implement this right now.
