We have both renovate and dependabot in this repo This removes dependabot since we have better central orchestration of renovate currently

[ ] Update changelog in CHANGELOG.md.
[ ] Make sure values.yaml and values.schema.json are valid.
[ ] (Giant Swarm) If creating a release, bump the version and appVersion in Chart.yaml.

Shouldn't you do replace.dependabotRemove: true on /github too?
