What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run get_flash_videos against a YouTube video URL with hi-def video.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If hi-def is there, the patent-encumbered H.264 format is chosen, no apparent
provisions to choose VP8 (WebM). Would like to have an option to choose WebM,
kinda like you can with youtube-dl. Even better would be to have WebM the
default! :-)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.24 on various GNU/Linux distros (Ubuntu, CentOS, Slackware).
Please provide any additional information below.
First, thank you for this program. The functionality is great.
