Feature Request: download speed control #313

Hello devs,

I have been using get-flash-videos for some time, and it is really a great 
little program. One thing I miss though is the ability to control the download 
rate.

I request that you please add the ability to control speed through a switch, 
similar to wget's --limit-rate option.

Probably it would be easiest to add the ability for custom command-line 
utilities to use as downloading because I think wget would be able to handle 
the URL fine. Although if you're wanting to use an RTMP-based website it would 
complicate things a lot.
