Only a very low quality version is downloaded from some brightcove videos. #316

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. $ get_flash_videos 
'http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid102197200001?bckey=AQ~~,AAAAF8Q

What is the expected output?
Hight Quality video downloaded

What do you see instead?
Very low quality video downloaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
get_flash_videos version 1.24

Investigating the brightcove metadata, it provides a "renditions" array with 
additional renditions in higher quality, but only a 140p version is downloaded.

I modified the source so it downloads one of the videos in "renditions" but I 
don't know perl so I did it making a lot of assumptions about the metadata (I 
only need to download a few videos)

I have noticed that I am receiving very low quality videos from This Old House, 
which uses BrightCove as their CDN.  The main reason I'm trying to get GFV 
working is so I can bypass the quality reduction from online streaming.  It was 
working great, then likely due to kwin+composite+flash being a general hog, it 
assumed my 'dropped frame' count was too high and degraded the video.  All I 
want is good looking video and BrightCove does not offer a manual control.  I 
have a 7 megabit connection, downloading >800KiB/s so its definitely not a 
link-speed issue.
