youtube downloader no longer finds download url #318

Confirmed with combined-get_flash_videos-1.24 on Linux and Perl 5.14.2 (see 
debug log).

BTW, is this project dead? If so, please notify.

That's working, the above was run on OpenBSD current, amd64 using this 
version....
$ pkg_info | grep get_flash
get_flash_videos-1.24.20121020 download flash video files from various sites

Get your unofficial releases from here, used to maintain the OpenBSD version -
https://github.com/njtaylor/get-flash-videos/downloads

Otherwise your need to use the git repository to get the latest version, 
however the last 3 pull requests including one update for Youtube, you may 
require. These are already incorporated in my git repository.
