Brightcove/dbtv media is retrieved in low quality #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get_flash_video 'www.dbtv.no/?vid=1721029476001'

What is the expected output?
That GFV downloads the high quality (> 480x268) variant that can be seen when 
the flashplayer on dbtv.no is used.

What do you see instead?
GFV will download the 480x268 video. Brightcove/DBTV has (at least) three 
quality states, of which 480x268 is the lowest as far as I can tell.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
openSUSE 12.1 x86_64, get_flash_video d630a98d8a5b1b2186d1a5a42bf24291aa232487, 
Data::AMF-0.09
