As a user, I can select an employee from the grid and view their details so that I can see all information related to an employee

• [ ] Accordion style expand/collapse - only open one at a time
• [ ] List all skills/certifications for employees
• [ ] Show matching skills/certification in bold at top
• [ ] Show non-matching skills/certifications below matches - sorted alpha by Solution, Skill Type, Skill ASC
• [ ] Search box for filtering listed skills (implementation in another PBI)
