Some XCI can't scan #108

it's on nswdb and i hashed it's right with crc32

don't have most of them, but rocket league and sega mega drive classic from venom release have been fixed for some time, just not released yet (v1.2.1)

I have all NSWDB record XCI, some of VENOM's XCI can be read , some is wrong

I had some issues with a few XCIs and NSPs as well I've now replaced the hactool included with the latest one from SciresM and i at least feel i get less errors, but will update as soon as i'm done scanning my library

The one included seems to be v 1.2.0 The latest is 1.2.2

1.2.1 changelog: -Update extraction support should no longer cause errors. -NPDM JSON output has been switched over to the new format. -6.x keydata will no longer be called "Unknown".

1.2.2 changelog: -Support was added for 6.2.0+ new key derivation using tsec_root_key and master_keksource##. -6.2.0 keydata will no longer be called "Unknown". -A bug was fixed involving argument violation to mbed_tls aes routines.
