[Request] Add release number to Local Files and flag if you have it under Scene Releases #63

Just a suggestion that I know would help me. I do the same in Excel. I basically want my local list to be numbered by ID on nswdb. It would also help to just flag the Scene Release tab with "Have/Don't have" in a new column instead of using the select all option. Adding a filter for Have/Don't have would be sweet too.

I do it all in excel so not a huge deal, but this is essentially what I do in excel.
