NSP SceneID Auto Rename does not work. #89

When renaming NSP using SceneID, it only puts 0000 for all games. SceneID works perfectly when renaming XCI.

I've fixed this a couple times in PR's and never managed to get it integrated, I'll take another shot at this, as this has been a blocker for my usage as well.
