Generate Server Stubs as well.

Here are the different servers packages that are commonly used in Dart I think:

angel
aquaduct
shelf

I see you already have Jaguar. I'll probably just use that for now. But I'll leave this issue open, since a plain HttpServer Generator would be of interest to me.
