Help me please. #5

Please help me. I'm stupid. I set up a visual studio for the first time in my life.(and net core 3.0) I don’t really understand what I'm doing, but I get a few dll libraries. And so in each of the 3 parts of what I took here.

How to put this together to make it work? Can someone give instructions for dumb people like me, please? https://imgur.com/a/nMdiRLc

correct me if I'm wrong... but it doesn't appear like there is anything besides the IO, an options parsed and some Profobuf formats. No solution file or anything. Not sure if this repo is going to be buildable outside of a few dlls... idk who said that earlier unless they know about a repo that compliments this one
