Zone_4 (Helios) travel points names in GameInfo should be Zone_3 #28

All the travel point/fast travel station names with Zone_4 in them should actually have Zone_3 instead. I observed this when I made my own Car Anywhere patch for TPS using this repo's resource data and got unrecognized class errors in the console.

E.g., GD_LevelTravelStations.Zone_4.LaserToInnerHull and GD_FastTravelStations.Zone_4.CentralTerminal.

This issue in the BL2 repo might be related?
