how do you delete SAM?

I used SAM to get some achievements but don't know how to uninstall it from my pc whenever I try to uninstall application it states that it is running/open but I cannot find it in task manager or anywhere else any help would be grateful here the thing I see:

That's pretty strange. You closed both the Picker and the Game instance?

If you did, then something else must be interfering. A reboot will probably get rid of whatever has files open in that directory.

I simply meant restarting your computer.

Just open the task manager and close sam.exe
