discord activity not showing #366

Few weeks ago it still worked, that when using SAM, discord would normally register the activity as the specific game, but it stopped doing it recently, now no matter which game in SAM I turn on, discord wont register it anymore as game playing, anyone knows why? I know it is a detail, but I was actually using this to my advantage so it bugs me that it stopped working, any idea for fixing this? Thanks a lot.

Just out of curiosity, how do you "I was actually use this to my advantage"?

I find it difficult to "fix" this. There may be a problem with Discord

For sure, it is probably sounding bit weird, but in practise it works well, it is good when you are online for example for work meeting or spending time with specific people doing some activity, trynna avoid some other people, and dont want to offend/hurt anyone/want someone know with who/where you spend your time on, so you just say hey sorry cant now, gotta do this and that with team in -insert specific game the person knows needs consistent activity- etc. {FE Literally someone you dont want to spend time with right now asks you to play l4d2 with them, you say you cant cause you have ongoing war in Albion,-cause you dont wanna hurt their feelings,- so you SAM Albion for few hours and they dont find it suspicious and you can play Grounded with other friend}. Now I cant do that, so I have to be invisible, then you have two hundred people asking why you are now invisible. I know it is detail but for someone who is 24/7 on, it was actually useful. + I also used it as status sometimes as joke. Like, you have game on steam I am sleepy, I am working, On vacation etc and you can literally use it as little fun status when this works, it is little detail, but I liked it. Every little thing that can enhance Steam/Discord experience I am fond of and this was one of them.

Btw update, last week, when I had Epic game crashing recently and had SAM running in background with something just for hours ingame, with Discord showing activity, it actually switched from the Epic game to this specific SAMs game, so clearly it is still possible, it was more just bug happening on accident, couldnt replicate it even when I tried to figure out, but clearly it is still possible..

Any ideas welcomed, I would really like to figure it out and have it working again.
