Unreal Development Kit Achievements #403

I received achievements randomly for a game or tool called Unreal Development Kit, which I have never owned. When I try to reset or remove the achievements, they don't appear on the Steam Achievement Manager list because I don't own it.

Some app codes have been removed, but the program can still add achievements. I have tested it.

I tried adding the ID manually, but received an error saying 'You don't own this game.' I also attempted to use the Steam console to remove the achievements one by one, but that didn't work either. I got the following error message: 'achievement_clear failed: EUTA_EXPLORE_EveryMutator.

If an achievement is added to the list of deleted apps, the item cannot be deleted.
