What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Batch Sectioning
2. Make sure there is no existing student schedule
3. Click on Start (not Load)
You will have to click Start again to really Start the solver after data is
loaded.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the solver to run when I click Start, but it just loads data and I
have to click on Start again to start the solver. This behavior is different
from Course Timetabling, where upon Start the solver both loads the data and
starts working on a timetable. I have observed this on the instance for FI, but
it can also be reproduced on the demo when the student schedule is cleared &
saved & unloaded (so that there is no existing schedule for students).
