enhancement: remove_layer_from_layegroup method

Hi @iamtekson,

I'd like to add another method that allows removing single layers from a layer_group (analogous to the add_layer_to_layergroup method I've added a couple of weeks ago.) I'm more than happy to implement it right away, just thought I'd drop you an issue beforehand ;-)
