This PR is the result of pre-commit run -a.

Notes:

pre-commit usage is already documented and recomended/wanted on the project development doc and guidelines : https://github.com/gicait/geoserver-rest/blob/master/DEV_DOCS.md
I've also updated the README to show some tools badges and trigger git hooks
