Potentially fixing #12 #21

I basically had the same problem than #12, so I tried to find out why. Turns out, by analyzing the requests done towards the device, it would do "pixoo.push()" twice if there was text and images in the same page, which probably made my pixoo crash. This could fix #12, but that would require further testing from his part, but for me, this fixed it.

(I know the patch might be a little bit dirty, but I'm not certain what to do otherwise)
