Feature suggest: default assing per tracker

I think this would be more useful then having one default per project. Both should exist.

Interesting idea; how do you think it should interact with the other options (per-project, global default-assignment)? How would the default assignee be chosen?

Per project of course [actually, entire almost redmine settings should be per project but don't let me go into that now]

This is how I see it:

Project Settings -> Default assignee [new tab]

• Should present all trackers available for project with default assignee setting
• Should present default for all trackers (the one we have now on Information tab) that are not set.
• If there are defaults in redmine administration those should be visible here too just as an info.

I wouldn't do anything in redmine administration (i.e. defaults for all projects), since this kinda defies the purpose.

It sounds sensible to me. I'm not sure I can afford the time to implement it, but if someone's willing to do some coding to get it working, I'd be happy to review the code and merge the feature.
