I have no idea what the minimum Redmine version is this plugin requires but I needed a starting point for the range, I'm guessing without it things will break. I have just defaulted to 1.0.0, alternatively you could also go with 0.2.0 which is the first tagged Redmine version, or any other version you know to be required for this plugin.
