BPMN 1.2 step-through does not support collapsed sub-processes #410

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a BPMN 1.2 diagram that contains a collapsed sub-process
2. Perform step-through

What is the expected output?
Sub-processes are treated just like tasks

What do you see instead?
Stepping through stops
