canConnect in stencilsSets disabled #482

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to add a canConnect function in the rules of a stencilSets (as described 
in ORYX-SSS Manual : http://oryx-editor.googlecode.com/files/OryxSSS.pdf)

What is the expected output?
the function canConnect should be executed

What do you see instead?
the function canConnect is not executed
