numpy version conflict with appy-core #25

the current version of stoneforge is experiencing a version conflict, it is necessary that the numpy version is always the same as the appy-core version in case 1.20.0.

[x] modify current setup
[ ] submit the new version to pypi

waiting appy-core to update from numpy==1.19.2 to numpy==1.20.0
